The temperament of a cockapoo is even and predictable when treated well. They are a hypo-allergenic dog, having hair and not fur, and they do not shed. They are a stable breed with longevity. These dogs, with proper care, live long, long lives of 18 years or more. They are easy pets with children. They prefer to be with you all the time. Our dog, Goldie, is such a sweet companion to all of us in our family.
